1. The service

SettlementToExcel (“we”, “us”) provides a tool that converts Amazon Seller settlement reports into Microsoft Excel workbooks for accounting convenience.

2. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. “Amazon” is a trademark of its respective owner.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to upload only files you are legally entitled to access. You may not use the service to process files containing third-party PII you do not have rights to.

4. Refunds

Pay-per-report charges are refundable within 24 hours if conversion failed. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not renew.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. Always reconcile output with your official Amazon Seller Central reports before filing taxes.
